Veyrag
Terms of Service
Version 2026-11-05
- 1. Who operates Veyrag. Veyrag is operated by Sumanth Reddy Anumula, an individual based in Telangana, India ("Veyrag", "I", "we"). Veyrag is not a company and has no business registration at present. Contact: support@veyrag.com. Notices to Veyrag are accepted at that address by email; a postal address for the service of legal documents is provided on written request. These Terms apply to the Veyrag application at veyrag-app.vercel.app and any address later announced for it (the "Service").
- 2. What the Service is. Veyrag helps recruiters run and record candidate screening conversations. It transcribes a live screening call or an uploaded transcript, organises what the candidate said into an evidence record, suggests follow-up questions during the call, and prepares a written brief and submission draft from that record. Veyrag organises evidence under the recruiter's control; it does not assess a person's suitability, verify skills or credentials, make or recommend hiring decisions, or replace an applicant-tracking system as the system of record. Suggestions shown during a call are advisory. You and your organisation remain responsible for every decision, every document you send to a client, and every use of the record.
- 3. Eligibility; business use. The Service is for recruiters and hiring professionals acting for a business. You must be at least 18 years old and able to bind the organisation you register for. Registration requires a professional email address; personal email addresses are placed in a manual eligibility review, and temporary or disposable addresses are refused. Accounts not used for recruiting may be declined or closed. During early access the Service is offered to recruiters and staffing agencies operating in the United States, for screening candidates based in the United States; you confirm this when you register and agree to keep to it.
- 4. Your account. You must confirm your email address before using the Service. Keep your password confidential (at least 10 characters; passwords known from data breaches are refused) and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authority. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; one free allocation per verified identity. Each recruiter registers their own account; the first registration from a company domain creates that organisation's workspace.
- 5. Free service; no payment. Eligible verified accounts receive ten free recruiter screens, shared between live screens and transcript imports, with no expiry and no payment card. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or charges, and no payment information is collected. If paid plans are introduced later they will be described in the Service before any charge; nothing you already have will be charged for.
- 6. Service limits. A free live screen may be set to 10, 15 or 20 minutes and ends automatically when its time is up (a short grace period applies), after which audio is no longer captured. One live screen at a time per workspace. To protect the Service we may apply overall limits (such as screens started per day), place further registrations from one company domain into review, and pause new screens temporarily; a paused Service says so on screen. The Service is a free, early product provided on a reasonable-efforts basis with no availability commitment.
- 7. Recording, transcription and the candidate. Before a live screen or an import can start, the Service requires you to confirm that the candidate knows the conversation will be transcribed and analysed and has agreed to proceed, and to record how. That confirmation is your record. It is not legal advice and does not by itself establish valid consent in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and the candidate — including call-recording laws, data-protection law and any employment-law notice duties — for giving the candidate an adequate notice (the Candidate Notice in the Service may be used), for obtaining consent where the law requires it, and for not bringing into Veyrag a conversation you have no right to record or process.
- 8. Your content. You keep all rights to the résumés, job descriptions, transcripts, notes and other material you bring to the Service and to the records produced from them ("Content"). You grant Veyrag the right to host, process, transmit and display Content only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the processors named in the Privacy Notice. You confirm you have the right to provide the Content. Content is not used to train models.
- 9. Acceptable use. You will not use the Service to record or process a conversation without the required notice or consent; to make decisions that unlawfully discriminate; to upload material you have no right to; to probe, overload or interfere with the Service; or to resell it. Accounts in breach may be suspended or closed.
- 10. AI limitations. Transcription and AI-generated notes, evidence and suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, misattributed or biased. The Service presents them for a recruiter to check against the conversation; you must review them before relying on them or sending them to anyone.
- 11. Share links and submissions. A link to a candidate brief is valid for 7, 14 or 30 days as you choose (14 by default), can be revoked at any time, and leaves out the candidate's logistics details unless you include them. Anyone with the link can read the brief while it is valid; you are responsible for whom you send it to. Submission text you approve is kept as an immutable version; you may withdraw it, and the withdrawal is recorded.
- 12. Deletion and termination. You can delete any screening record, and your account, from the Service at any time; the Privacy Notice says what is deleted and when. Screening records are deleted automatically 30 days after the recorded consent. We may close the Service or your account on reasonable notice; where we do, you will be able to export your records first unless the law prevents it.
- 13. Disclaimer and liability. The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge. To the extent permitted by law: Veyrag is not liable for hiring decisions or their consequences, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you could have exported; and Veyrag's total liability in connection with the Service is limited to 100000. Nothing limits liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
- 14. Changes. We may update these Terms. A new version is shown in the Service and must be accepted before continued use; the version and time of each acceptance are recorded.
- 15. Law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Veyrag organizes interview evidence. Hiring decisions stay with you.
